The doors built with the PIVOTECK – SOLECO system are supported by direct support to the ground , so that their stability is absolute.
By means of the curved edges of the leaf and the axis of twist centered avoids the opening of the lateral hollow that appears in the system of hinges, eliminating the possibility of introducing the fingers between door and frame. In this way the possibility of suffering accidents due to cutting or crushing is canceled.
The parts of the turning system friction between them smoothly, silently and without wear, thanks to the use of the POM (PolyOxyMethylene thermoplastic crystalline high rigidity) as a contact element.
The metallic steel frames allow a simple and very economical maintenance, since its repair is carried out by means of a simple sanding and the application of paint as many times as necessary, so that its resistance and durability are beyond doubt to withstand extreme conditions of use.

The PIVOTECK system is based on the replacement of the hinges by a system of fittings that fix the leaf to the frame, hide the rotation system and eliminate the lateral holes.

Sheet:
Core: Agglomerate of 30 mm. thick particles.
Edges: Curved edges in 40 mm. solid beech wood at both ends of the sheet.
Covering: Melamine colors.

Frame:
SOLECO frame Type G (telescopic) galvanized steel thickness 1.5 mm. final lacquering in the kiln, with Knock-Down system in the miter.
Sheet:
Core: 40 mm. particle agglomerate thick.
Edges: Edges flush with the leaf, curved in solid beech wood of 40 mm. on both ends of the sheet.
Coating: HPL 0.7 mm. (High Pressure Laminate) in colors.
